
On Tuesday evenings, a formal beginners' session is held to intruct novices in the basics of fencing, predominately run by Nick Charles (BAF Level 1 Coach),and Tegan Hill (Club Captain). For senior fencers, Prof. Graham Stretton is available for group and individual coaching on Monday evenings.
You can ask any member of the club to help you with your fencing. If you want a lesson, see if one of the experienced fencers is willing to go through some stuff with you.

Nick Charles: Nich has been coaching on-and-off for seven years and is a British Academy of Fencing Level 1 Coach. At Loughborough, he coaches the Men's and Women's sabre teams and the club beginners. He is the County Captain, and is also the selector for the County Fencing Team and Welsh Student Five Nations Fencing Team. He is currently the Welsh National Sabre Champion.

Tegan Hill: Tegan is the Club Captain, and is responible for the Beginners' Coaching at Loughborough. Tegan has represented GBR at both cadet and junior level. Tegan has a current Women's Foil World Ranking of 280.
